How Mira works

She reads the case. Picks a move. We check she's sure.

Every decision Mira makes follows the same three steps. No guessing, no invented actions, no random SQL.

01

She reads the full case first

Before Mira decides anything, we hand her a tidy summary of who the subscriber is, what they've paid, what they owe, whether their connection is up, and what tickets they've raised before. She reads the story — she never adds up the numbers herself.

02

She picks one move from a short list

Mira can only choose from actions we've pre-approved — unblock the account, suspend it, reset the password, escalate to a human, ask the customer for more info, or do nothing. That's it. She picks one and tells us how sure she is on a 0–100 scale.

03

She only acts if she's at least 90% sure

If Mira's confidence is 90% or higher, our system runs her chosen action. If she's below 90%, the ticket goes to a human with her reasoning attached. Every single action, human or Mira, is logged with a timestamp. She decides, our code does the work.

Where Mira works

Five fronts. One persona.

Same voice across every surface. Same audit trail. Same confidence rules.

The whitelist

Mira can only do
what you told her she can do.

There's no free tool use. She picks one action from an enum defined in your code. Your server runs the DB write. If she wants to do something outside the list, she can't — she escalates instead.

The 90% rule

Autonomy scales with certainty.

The single rule that makes Mira safe to run unattended: if she's not at least 90% sure of the action, she can't run it herself.

Confidence per ticket · live Autonomous execution only above the 90% line 90% ESCALATE REQUEST INFO AUTO 0% 100%
The honesty rule

Only use data provided. If the snapshot can't answer,
say exactly what's missing. Never invent data.

Every Mira system prompt contains this line. It's why she'll tell you "I don't see an invoice for August" instead of guessing a number. And it's why she caught a payment-reconciliation bug in production, in preview mode, without being asked.
